Project Introduction

Sarg Design Studio, in collaboration with Mr. Sachin Behere, Founder of Aarambha Asia Pte. Ltd., developed the brand identity and service design guidelines for the Center for Advanced ENT and Facial Aesthetics, an initiative by Ghaisas ENT Hospital, Pune. The new center was envisioned as a specialised facility focusing on rhinoplasty and facial aesthetic procedures. A service design workshop conducted with key stakeholders helped define the center’s positioning, values, and long-term vision while maintaining a connection with the legacy of Ghaisas ENT Hospital.




Design Solution

The project began with the development of a modern visual identity system that reflects precision, trust, and aesthetic refinement. A clean logo and structured brand guidelines were created, covering logo usage, colour palette, typography, imagery style, and layout systems. This framework ensures consistency across all communication materials and future expansions of the center. The brand system was also extended into wayfinding signage to create a clear and comfortable navigation experience for visitors.




Design Features

The logo uses simple linear elements symbolising a needle and thread, representing surgical precision. Its form subtly resembles both a nose and the letter “G”, establishing a connection to the Ghaisas legacy and the sepcialsation of Rhinoplasty.

A dot element highlights the center’s expertise in Indian facial aesthetics, while the premium colour palette positions the facility as a specialised aesthetics center rather than a conventional hospital.





Through a strategic combination of service design and visual identity development, the Center for Advanced ENT and Facial Aesthetics establishes a clear, refined brand experience while remaining rooted in the credibility and legacy of Ghaisas ENT Hospital
