Lets make our cities better.
We design across the touch points in an urban transport system to improve passenger experience. We undertake designing for end-to-end trips right from tickets to metro trains, buses to bus stops, maps to apps, stations to terminals, signage to furniture, ticket machines to retail - everything that contributes to improving the trip experience.
Catering to the conditions of today as well as designing user-friendly urban transport is our forte. It is also our endeavor to design the mobility experience with an aim create an impact on every cities quality of life and become the hallmark of the city’s identity!
Design for Railways
Railway journeys have a charm and memory, we will make them better.
Our aim is to make daily commute as well as long-distance train travel safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. To offer design services across all the touch points on a train journey, we have setup a ‘Design Center for Railways’. Be it stations or trains, and our experience and passion to bring a change, we have associated with educational institutes, senior railway professionals and experts having rich experience, to deliver on a range of projects.
We use our collaborative approach and service design framework to structure the design across the railway journey. We also conduct Innovation workshops for the Station Redevelopment Program in India.
Narrative Experience Design
Narrating stories is a multisensory art.
People, Societies, Communities, Companies and Institutions create a culture. Narrative environments like Experience centers, museums, interpretation centers, exhibits, installations, special theme-based experiences are choreographed to tell engaging stories.
We offer design services to create these environments and experiences delivered through visit choreography, space design, engaging content, immersive media (AR, VR), visual communication and physical exhibits.
Service Design
Services have emerged as backbone of economy.
In today’s experience economy, consumers pick products and services with better experiences. Experiences are created by carefully choreographing the various customer touch points and aligning the backstage and front-stage processes to resonate and create a rhythm.
Sarg Design Studio conducts workshops using “Service design framework” and advice businesses over collaborative engagements to enhance their products, services and the end consumer experience.

Wayfinding Signages
Creating legible environments and systems.
Way-finding signs are an important enabler of good experience in any space or physical environments. Airports, transport systems and hospitals require highest efficiency in people movement, safety and accessibility. Buildings and spaces in institutions, hotels, malls and amusement parks need information and orientation creating a sense of place, identity and make them legible.

Our cities, towns and villages are built and used as huge, shared spaces. We come across many products and systems in our environment, which need to be specially designed for a shared usage. Sarg believes in working on such projects that impact society. Transport is one such service that we specialise in. We can also deliver solutions in other connected domains like urban design, healthcare, education, tourism, hospitality, and amusement canters.
